Kjd
I am thinking of flicking some SP's and surface lures for bass today but am wondering if its too late in the season for them in the Nepean (Camden area). What are your thoughts? Do I still have a good chance at the moment? When do bass usually head for Salt water???
Kjd
Well here I was all my fancy gear $150 rod, $60 reel and lures (lost one). The old man was with a $70 combo from Jarvis Walker with earthworms and catches a 1.7kg Eel Tail Catfish! Was great to see the old man don't get to come fishing much so he was happy, I was happy and the fish went back in the water after some photo's! zook2001
Fished above Penrith weir yesterday evening for a couple of smaller fish fifteen cm or so on a gold beetle spin with white grub. Not a lot of surface action except of a lone skier Rivers just fishable but still very brown with less than a meter visibility.
