macca172 Posted April 7, 2007 Share Posted April 7, 2007 All, Looking for a quiet fishing spot in Sydney harbour, east of the bridge that has access by vehicle and where I can park close by. Prefer the northern side, say around the Manly or middle harbour area. I like to fish medium, a 10ft rod with 12lb line. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. KingsRule Posted April 7, 2007 Share Posted April 7, 2007 I rekon little manly (the old gasworks) is a great spot, nice surroundings and nice and clean. Only a couple of minutes drive from the manly ferry wharf. Good catch's of most harbour species can be had from here, if the fish are not just sit back and relax.
