Scienceman Posted April 11, 2007 Share Posted April 11, 2007 Beware all Raiders - coming into Brisbane Waters last weekend after dark is a nightmare and I'm a local. Negotiating the channel between sand bars off Ettalong - see map http://www.maritime.nsw.gov.au/docs/brisbane_front.pdf This channel is quite narrow and markers are hard to see. To cap it off one pole marker and at least one bouy marker have NO LIGHTS on them making them VERY hard to pick out at night. Even going slow and off the plane reaction time can be very short as you only see them when very close - scary!!!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
