Targeting Kings In Bb

Hussar and I are heading to the bay on thurs for a mid week fish. I'm stoked because I haven't been out for what seems like a lifetime.

Are there many kings still around, and where have people had success lately. I was thinking of trying around the channel markers just off mol point

kings have been rampaging around moll point, slurping up any sized yakkas.

get yourself plenty of good sized yakkas (smaller the better) and either downrig them around moll point or anchor up and burley all day with the yakkas on the bottom and unweighted prawns on the surface at moll point.

some fish up to 90cms have been taken.

lately the kings have been showing up at the bait grounds demolishing the yakkas as you are trying to collect them so have your big gear ready to throw one back out if you notice them around.
