hey fellas

im looking to buy a bigger second hand motor for the boat. seen one at a good price tho the guy has told me he noticed a leak today from the fuel filter and was running a little rough when he started it. now since im not a mechanic and not to sure bout this thought id ask here. would this be a big job to fix whats involved. any help would be appreciated as im going to look at it tommorrow arvo

You can get a ryco marine filter for about 30 bucks from supercheap, very easy to instal.

It the guy said he could see it then it cannot be that hard to access and should not be a big job at all.

not sure as yet he wont pick the phone up so i can arrange to see it. if its the fuel pump i wont buy it. its a early 80s model so wouldnt be worth all the money. might just look on for another
