Rhysy Posted April 21, 2007 Share Posted April 21, 2007 Dear fello fisherpeople, Im a keen fisherman, who loves fresh and salt water fishing. Lately i've been targetting carp and mullet at the nepean river. I dont have much luck with the mullet. However, hooked up with a nice 79cm carp, cousin caught a 1m monster last year in the same spot. Does anyone know of any good spots around this area to catch nice mullet (or any fish for that matter). Im restricted to land based fishing. Normally I its just luck while fishing for carp. Saying that, I've caught some good sized mullet from under the M4 bridge off the river bed. Saw a guy catch a huge mullet there from the shore. Hey, you ever fished up at Yarramundi or Winsdor bridge? I caught my first flathead at Windsor bridge! Rhysy P.S.
