Guest Boppa
A few years ago some mates who were into fly fishing finally talked me into having a go at it. So I went to K Mart and bought one of their Fly fishing kits for about 96.00. So after a bit of tuition from the mates on how to cast and researched provided by my brother I headed off to Oberon Dam to a place called the reef. Without a word of a lie (as fisho's always say) I caught this whale on my first cast over a barb wire fence and had no net with me at all Thought of all my mates with their very expesive gear and me on my K Mart special Anyway heres the big brown of 64.5 cm Boppa

Matt
Awesome Browny Boppa In all my years of Trouting I only gave Fly Fishing a casual hit for no reward, I am seriously considering giving the "dark side" another go one of these days. Martin
What a great way to start with one very nice trout. I have given trout fishing a go on a few occlusions with mixed success. I feel choice of fishing companions is critical and one needs to avoid those who tend to wade into the shallows with the same finesse as a herd of buffalos crossing a river full of crocs.
