dazzassj6
Weather: Morning Showers, started to clear up from 11am. Temperature:21 degrees Wind: 0-12 knots (water was very calm) Time: 6:30-11am, High tide 5:30am (fast run out tide) The early morning began with lots of rain. Headed out to Sydney harbour. We fished at Rose bay wharf for an hour to catch some yakkas under the rain with an umberalla. Burleyed with bread but only managed to hook up one yakka. >_< Went straight to the drums but no breams was there only small snappers. Then headed to clifton for nilch. caught a few pinkies once again. We tried the live bait yakka here but nothing took it. Not even at the cakes. Then headed to the cakes welcomed by heaps of fishes there but no hook up. However i did manage to get one leatherjacket. Not sure if its called chinamen. I was using paternoster rig with mullet fillet which is the best thing you can use as pilchards and prawns wasn't touched. After about 3 hours friends wanted to go home so headed back.
