wildfish
got to botany with the boys from work about 5. headed over to osborn shoals to arrive right on sun up! the plan was to burly up some snapper. anchored up and got some good burly in the water and started floating some pillies. lots of little peck peck peck, noticed o lot of leather jackets followin our baits up, so out with the net but no luck, then new raider scott(scotar) hooked one. next we notice thousands of little fish in the burly, yakkas, so i changed hookes and tiny bit of bait and started pulling in yakkas, into the bait tank! after a while decided to head for the oil warf and set out a livie, burlied up filleted a yakka for strip bait also. caught about 15 squire, 9 about 8cm, 5 29cm and 1 30cm. 30cm going to scott again. decided to go for a troll with out any luck. then one more shot at the large port marker just south of moulinex, heaps more squire, and i hooked somethin and had a little fight with few good runs then 10lb vanish snapped at uni knot (maybe a king) didnt catch much but good to be on the water! pics
