Hypothetically Speaking ....

Now hypothetically speaking, if one were ITCHING for a fish in this wether, is there anywhere where one could get a line wet without getting his undies wet?

Just wondering if anyone knows of a place you could still have a fish without getting drenched?

it'd have to be a wide frikken bridge!! the rain's coming down at 45 degrees cause of the wind, you're still gonna get drenched!

I ve been under the road bridges at mooney mooney in 45 degees rain. All you have to do is anchor up past the bridge so you are not directly under it but still out of the rain. I wouldn't be going out in this rubbish though...the wind sucks when you are on the boat.
