Plans in place for the run in of the wee small hours

Got my beanie

Got my gloves

Got my thick socks

Got the new gas can for the burner

Got a couple of soups

Got the teapot

Got the heavy gear rigged

Now the bloody low is moving back in, the clouds are coming over and I cant get any mullet.

I think I may have missed my window. Might be better off going to the club tonight and watch the Sharks smash the Dragons.

Ummm...Dave...I don't think the doorman at the club will let you in with all that gear

Frustration now sets in.

A quick mullet session on dusk produced 6 mullet and a bream.

All of the mullet were between 20 and 25cm (too big for livies and too small to keep) and the bream was about 20cm.

The club is looking better and better doorman or not!

I wanna see the look on the barman's face when you ask him "where are the rodholders in this bar"

and would he mind popping the kettle on the stove for you.

Shame about the mullet size..at least you will get to see some sharks tonight, even if they ain't

the kind you had in mind.
