Does anybody know how and where (northern beaches) to catch garfish?

Is there a minimum, maximum and bag limit.

Hey mate,

If you have a boat the area around manly warf, ocean world and the skiff club is a good place to start. We never specifially target them as we are usually going for yakkas but you will often get them after beleying with bread and a tiny bit of tuna oil. We usually only get them with no lead on at all to but i have seen guys fishing for gars near oceanworld with floats. I think they were using the clear bubble floats.
