Needing Advise: Landbased Fishing In Cowan

Hi guys,

Can i get some advise if Cowan point is a good place to fish for hairtail.

I was looking through www.whereis.com and i saw cowan point, looks like a good place for fishing.

Any advise?

I've never caught a hairtail before and i always wanted to catch one but neer happened.....

all i caught was a cold or a tailor.
