Landbased Hairtail

Tried landbased at illawong yesterday evening for zip. Not even a tailor nibble. Spoke with several other anglers there at the time with similar results.

How is Fishaider bay going?

Any raider reports from this weekend?

From the information I have received , FR bay has had its time for this year , the hairtail have moved further up into the system , perhaps Bobbin Head might be more productive at this time.

Of course I could be wrong ( no surprises there) , and they may come back on the bite once these westerlies abate.

Shouldn't the Hairtails be hanging around Akuna Bay by now?

or is that too far?

I was thinking of going to Cowan for hairtail this Wednesday (LandBase)

Anyone know any good locations around that area?
