Jewfish Fishing

i need tips and advice of getting jewfish. i havn't caught myself a big jew yet and on the thirst for it.

where do adult jew hang around more so...... on the beach or in the bay in sydney region. i live on the georges and heard its good at captain cook....

i've read that jews are very picky with bait.... so can i just get my self three different live bait, squid, yakkas and tailor and it would def hit one of the three.

what time of day, night, moon phases and tide work better for jews??

deep holes better??

which beach have more jews??

and wat rig... light or heavy running sinker with how much trace?
