Knowing the social is on in a couple of wks and i had my new bream rod i decided to go and try hook on to some bream. Plenty of hits landed four tiny bream with the biggest at 23cm. All in the canoe but i sighted a bream in the shallows which was one of the biggest bream ive ever seen. At 1st i thought it was a bully mullet then i looked closer and it was a massive bream. Anyway i seen some idiot catch a bream i estimate at about 10 cm who put it in his esky 2 keep. Also yesterday in brisbane waters seen a big group of ppl fishing keep every thing they caught with baby bream the would barely be 10cm

Hit the goon this morning with tony(ratking) for 30 odd bream to 38cm in 3hrs all on squidgie 70mm flick baits. It was sorta like sight fishing,you could see the bream chasing prawns around,so you just had to land the plastic in the area for a hit.

ps: I think the earlier the better for the social.
