BUSTER 1 Posted December 7, 2007 Posted December 7, 2007 Picked up the new rod and reel from fellow raider Tricky [swap&sell]on Thursday so I thought I give it a test on the Bay the conditions were great but the fishing was slow I was spinning for flathead went to all the usual spots all i managed was 2 rays and 2 small flattys, the wind was starting blow from the south west and getting stronger and the drift was very quick , put out the sea anchor and made the difference I got 2 nice fish in half hour one went 56cm and the other 63cm it was about 10/30 and the wind was howling so called it a day I have found flathead spinning in the Bay very hard going recently It might be just me is anybody else doing any good ????????????????
