kbark Posted December 10, 2007 Share Posted December 10, 2007 Having to go off wheat has opened up a number of new recipes. Falafel mix (mostly chick pea flour) makes a great batter. It comes up very crispy (like tempura) and usually has some nice herbs and spices mixed in. Tried it on kingfish the other day and was fantastic.
