Some advice on the hook size for jig heads for kingies on sps.

umm where do i start

anything wif a size 1/0 to 6/0 size hook

and 1/8 to 1oz weight it all so depnds of the depth,tide,current strength,where the fish are at etc..

As above unless you are using 6 or 9 inch stickbaits on surface feeding kings.

Unweighted on 4/0-8/0 gamakatsu worm hooks depeding on the plastic, or lightly weighted with the worm hooks that have a small amount of lead at the bend of the hook. Unweighted has the best action, darting erratically with every stab of the rod tip, but can't be cast that far.
