The Poacher Posted December 17, 2007 Share Posted December 17, 2007 I agree. Since the pro's who got kicked out of the harbour starting netting it - its never been the same. I used to fish it a lot, but the last 2 years haven't been a patch on the previous ones. I know they still pull some good fish out of it, but you are much better off outside or in the harbour. kbark Posted December 17, 2007 Share Posted December 17, 2007 saturday was horrible...we couldn't pull any squid, even though we could see some tiny models sniffing around. no kings landed either. the weekend before was another story altogether...good size kings and heaps of squid. some days are like that. keep at it.
