Diy Live Bait Tank Designs

Hello everyone.

After having had a very frustrating time last week down in Jervis Bay, where i ran out of "live" liveys in the middle of a hot Kingie bite the time has come for me to rig up a more effective live bait system. (I have been using a large bucket with the small battery operated aerators)

Does anyone have any designs they can send me of DIY systems they have installed in their boats. I have a few ideas but some guidance would be mucbh appreciated.

I got talking to a bloke at the ramp (a while ago) who had taken one of those old balck recycle tubs and fiberglassed it and mounted it into the front part of his boat. He had added a pump and a lid and it looked beautiful.

He told me he had made surfboards for a living when he was younger so he was obviously handy with fiberglass. That sized tub is too big for my tinney but it was perfect for a bigger boat.
