Capt Hook Posted January 14, 2008 Share Posted January 14, 2008 I tried this last time my missus made some fresh pesto sauce and did it again with the flattie's I caught on Sunday... With some freshly made pesto sauce ( or buy it ready made ) ...smear it all over the skinned and filleted flattie...bake it in the oven or whack it on a bbq...serve when done...
