Raii Posted February 12, 2008 Share Posted February 12, 2008 (edited) Another quick session after school with brother and dad Where: Illawong - Landbased Weather: Cloudy, light showers, windy Fish: 2 legal bream (1x 32cm, 1x 28cm) Few undersized bream 1 undersized flathead Bait: Bream - Prawns, Crabs Plastics: Flathead - Squidgy wriggler (found at spot) Quick session from 2:30-6:30 Flathead was caught right at my feet when i found the wriggler while fishing with prawns, decided to place it on my long shank hook and just swirl around in the water to see the action, to my surprise a flathead happened to be right where i was. Very lucky to even hook that flathead as the hook wasnt placed properly intending to catch any fish, just to muck around with the plastic, so expect the unexpected.
