Hi guys

Found this on youtube!! AWESOME!!!

From the same guy that did the huge snapper taking a 1kg kawhai (Aussie Salmon) as a livie.

What do you reckon?? Insane??

I has got ta get me one of them thar videos.... awesome. I had a look at their other ones on Youtube Roberta... it looks like a cross between xxxxxxxxxxx, Adventure Bound and that Yakking Thresher Style dvd I watched the other day.

Those kiwis are crazy people...that was truly amazing.

That reel going nuts and him tryinmg to palm it...hope those gloves were made of tough stuff.

Good topic and an entertaining Video Roberta.

I reckon those Kiwis put a lot of thought as to how they would tire that Marlin on the hand line part of the excersize . It was smart thinking and good preparation to use the outboard and the tiller steer as a drag and be able to ease out and retrieve line in accordance with the propulsion of the boat, therefore having the Marlin pulling it all along in fits and starts which proved to be all too much for a tiring Marlin.

Watched a couple of the other vids they have on their aswell.

The huge marlin that got eaten by shark(s),The head is bigger than anything ive caught :wacko:
