ilk fish Posted April 22, 2008 Share Posted April 22, 2008 Greetings fishraiders fillet your striped tuna. sparingly sprinke rock salt around the fillets. leave in fridge for 4 days in a deep covered bowl. then dust off as much salt as you can. cover with fresh water for 1 day. change water, and have it covered for another day. to leach out the salt. then allow it to drain. the fish will taste fantastic as is. regards ilk Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
