gw77
Hello, I was just wondering where would be the best boat ramp close to Flint & Steel? Also where abouts would be a good fishing spot with a dingy? Thanks : )
Guest Jocool
If your coming from Chester Hill, I would probably say Parsley Bay, or Brooklyn would be your best bets. Bayview may or may not be a bit closer to F&S, but is a longer drive to get to the water! Apple Tree Bay at Bobbin Head would be too long a trek on the water I reckon, and its quicker to drive to Parsley or Brooklyn.

gw77
Wow... what quick responses...hehehe Thanks for that. There's two boats that I have access to. One's a half cabin & the others a dingy. My friend with the dingy isn't working at the moment and wants to go fishing so I'm looking for some spots to go out with him as well. gw77
The dingy is only about 11 foot long with a 5hp motor. I wouldn't take it to F&S. Thanks for all your help : ) Edited February 21, 2005 by gw77
Martin
Bayview---Roland Reserve has two ramps, which will launch 3 boats each at any one time. Nice sand beach to sit the boat while you get the car. In your dingy you will get access to all of Pittwater, however some good bream fishing around the Scottland Island wharfs and moorings. Also along the Royal Motor Yacht Clubs outer wharf
