ARP1980
Took off from work early yesterday to target Bass in the yak. The Nepean River was the location. Threw some surface lures around for a while with not much success. Changed over to this little number and scored 8 hook ups. Problem is I don't know what this lure is because I bought it second hand, so when I loose it that's it! ......... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The lure is small at only about 40mm. Fish weren't big, smallest was under 10cm biggest was 26cm. Still fun in any case and well worth leaving work slightly early for .....ssshhhhh. Here's a couple of pics Cheers ARP1980 Edited November 27, 2008 by ARP1980
Steve07
Well done on a Nice little after work session on the bass. Not too sure what type of lure it is but hope it gets you a few more fish before it goes.Im sure there are a few more similar lure's to that in the same colour that will work just as good. mitch
Nice work, the water looks good in the background, its funny how the right lure choice can make a big difference with the catch rate. Great work Mitch

GregL
Cool little bass there I think the lure looks like a Yo-Zuri.......whats the model name??? I can't seem to remember!!!! ......oh hang on ..could be a Yozuri snap-shad. Wacko. Didn't the snap shad use the twin split trebbles and not 3 way trebbles with split rings? The Yozuri's are a little smaller as well. I still think it's one of the original Mcgrath, not the attack versions G

It is indeed a You Zuri Snap Shad! Thank you for all the info. I thought it was a McGraths aswell but it's too small at 40mm. Also, I'm fully aware of the power of the sneaky scorpion. There isn't a better value lure on the market in my opinion. Edited November 28, 2008 by ARP1980
