Bent_Rod Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 hi, i have a magma stainless steel charcoal bbq, with the connection that mounts onto a rail. Its the round ones .I have never used it yet, and was planning on using it this summer. I know fish straight from the water on the BBQ is the best taste you can get, nothing beats it, its fresh and juicy, that's why i bought it. The mounting bracket is designed to mount the bbq about 30cm away from the boat, so the bbq is above the water, and away from the boat. has anyone used this bbq before? are they safe? is it difficult to start the charcoal bbq? and when the bbq is overhanging like designed and the boat is driving, does this present a problem for the bbq and its contents? can they fall out or anything? all advice is appreciated
