andrewau
Hello, Can anyone please explain what shape they cut their squid strips into when sitting at anchor and downrigging for kings? cheers Edited January 15, 2009 by andrewau
lsdjy3
i am also curious, i remember when i caught a live squid i hooked it by its head and when i was casting it the squid flew away. When using live squid as live bait are you meant to be cutting it into strips then putting onto hook? i am abit confused cause that wouldnt be a "live" bait. andrewau
if you throw it out live and not cut thats live bait, but fresh squid cut into strips is good also it wont be live bait if you cut it into strips
