Random karate kid reference it all changes, depending on the size of the tide,the size of the previous tide,whether it is changing from high to low or the other way around. if you really want the answer,record the above info when you go out and it should repeat in a fortnight. i would be able to help more if i had done this when i fished there more often. big highs are not too late, that i do know.
