He is the second person to be charged over the deaths, with a 24-year-old Sydney man currently before the courts. Four women and two men died as the result of a collision between a fishing boat and an aluminium runabout near Bradley's Head in the early hours of May 1. Police arrested a Tweed Heads man at Broadwater this morning and he was taken to Ballina Police Station where he was charged. The man is due in Ballina court tomorrow to face six charges each of manslaughter and navigation occasioning death. He has also been charged with supplying cocaine and operating a boat while under the influence of alcohol and cocaine, as well as other offences.
