pelican Posted February 20, 2009 Share Posted February 20, 2009 The coordinates were in Minutes , degrees and seconds The other format is in decimal and there is also decimal minutes and seconds DMS You need to check what format co-ords are in and then either convert them or enter them in the same format into the corrected google map so you don't just add zeros http://www.csgnetwork.com/gpscoordconv.html There is a mch better site with explainations and manual workings but I can't put my finger on it.
