tevoro
G'day fishraiders, Hope you're all not too tired out from the long weekend fishing trips! Anyways, I was wondering if anyone here is a fan of putting a small strip of red tubing or red bead just above your hook when fishing. I saw an elderly gent fishing on the Brighton Le Sands breakwalls the other day with a set up like that. From what I saw, he hadn't caught anything yet. The question is, does the red tubing/beads work? What species do they attract? And where would be the best spots to use them? (Beach, estuary, harbour, etc?) Flightmanager
I always have a small red bead just above the hook , and have caught many species. Not saying that I wouldnt have caught them without the bead , but I like to think it may have helped !! Ross
