WINDON
Had a 1.15hr bass session on the Bellingen river yesterday. Still a lot of water pushing down since the floods but clean and fast. After dragging the red canoe through a muddy paddock 20ft from a bull eye balling us off we hit the river and a big pool. We pushed to the head of the pool then drifted down working the edges. I landed 8 Bass and my mate 1, with the biggest 40cm on the nose. To short a session but nether less still excellent fun on a beautiful river. Ray R
Good onya mate, bassing sounds like fun even though you have to make your way through mud and 1 tonne bulls, the Belligen area has copped a battering good to hear it is on the mend, that's a good looking fish too.. Cheers..
