0 Jewhunter Posted June 4, 2009 Share Posted June 4, 2009 I used to catch heaps of these in the harbour as a kid Chopper. We called them chinaman l/js'. It was these & the fan bellies that were most common. I've also heard of them being called six spine l/j. Top eating as well. Beautiful sweet flesh. When cooked take all the flesh off one side, pull the spine & fins out, & start on the other side.
