Going To Fiji Looking For Tackle Advice

Hi all , My first post on this site . I'm going to Fiji in october at Castaway Island . Going on one charter as the holiday is family based but i want to get out of the island with a kayak & have a go . Any recomendation of what generally , SP 's ,lures to take . I was just going to get a popper , diving & Sp folder with 4" & 6" .
