Little Help With Cables

Hey all,

Since my bro has offered for me to use his old Quintrex 5 mtr Cruiseabout anytime I want (as long as he isn't) I have to pay for some maintenance on it.

I am replacing all the cables for gear change (forward/neutral/reverse) and throttle cables as well. It has twin Johnson 35's on the back, and I just wanna know what kind of mission I am in for in changing these?

It has a 4 control system, so 2 sticks for port and starboard gear change and 2 sticks for port and starboard throttle... cables are about 4.1 mtrs long or so..

yeh cheers... I already have the cables on order.. picking them up tomorrow.. just wondering, if this is an easy job, or should I buy a slab and a bottle of bourbon to get me through it.. I am doing it tomorrow ready for a saturday session
