hcwang
Just wondering what effects this rain will have on the water. Surely it would muck it up a great deal. Would this drive the fish into deeper water and lie dormant, or fire em up to eat the bugs and stuff blown into the water? Curious and thinking :-)
mbolton@jsg.com.au
Just wondering what effects this rain will have on the water. Surely it would muck it up a great deal. Would this drive the fish into deeper water and lie dormant, or fire em up to eat the bugs and stuff blown into the water? Curious and thinking :-) i find it makes the water very murkey and i catch a lot more blackies on shelled prawn and nippers, in my personal opinion lures work a lot better in the murkey water too. I find bream and blackies can be a lot more on the bite maybe because they can't see what's above the water? and therefore are less skittish about their surroundings, this might make them come in more shallow water in a larger abundance? Either way i always go flicking after the rain because i like the murkey water it's a bit freaky to walk out deep in it sometimes though haha. c Cheers, mick.
