FishDrought
Hi Guy's, Just wondering if anyone has some experience in getting tackle from overseas, My mate has seen some downriggers at a good price & I was going to have a couple shipped out. I am hoping some one may know if I will be stung for any taxes here? hidden issues I should look out for? Thanks in advance. Jason

hottyscotty
you will only need to pay duty if the total cost of the package exceeds $1000AUD. The package costs includes items, shipping costs, insurance etc full details http://www.customs.gov.au/site/page5549.asp
