edman
Took little 6pack for a fish on the weekend. Decided to give him a go with some Sps. Used the bloodworm type & he went to town 1 minute retrieving next minute walking away from rod dead sticking it without knowing it. Not long after arriving he breaks his duck and pulls in this little flattie. The young fella now has bragging rights over dad and can't wait to go again. Hodgey
Congrats to the young bloke on his capture. He'll be as keen as mustard to throw lures with you again, and any time spent with your kids is to be treasured. Great stuff! pmak
Well done to little 6pack! Soft plastics are a great way for kids to fish. They always have to cast, retrieve, work the lure, etc. Got to get him into the habit so he can go fishing with you in future ...
paul.kenny
Great to see another kid getting into SP fishing. That is how my young fella (Bassboy888) got into fishing and now he is a lure fishing fanatic (see his post regarding his Christmas holiday exploits). Well done little 6pack
