Burley Question For Prob The 100000 Th Time

I burley frequently with a burley bomber to drop my burley on the bottom where i fish. I have had good success with burley but the last time I fished at night I didnt use it as I was lazy. I got lucky and caught 2 jewies 65cm long. I was wondering if burleying is a technique used for jew or does it attract too many other fish which scare them away? Not sure but I am going to try anyway. Not asking for any secrets, just wondering if burleying is a waste of time for jews as it can be hard work chopping up pillies all night. Cheers Andrew

i dont burley for jew as it atracts to many smaller fish to chew on your bait, as saying that everyone is different but i get atleast 1 jew every time i target them.. with a set mothod i use..
