Talked with my dad the other day sharing our fishing stories and recipes. He reminded me of a simple yet yummy way to fry fish. Yup, deep fry..oooohh.

Badder: Place all of there into separate bowls.

Flour mixed with Hungarian sweet paprika.

1 beaten egg,

bread crumbs

Take fish, dip into flour mix, then egg then bred crumbs and into HOT oil. Make sure it is a fairly deep pan with lots of oil.

Variation:

Just put fish into flour mix and then fry.

Once done, put onto plate and sprinkle with sweet paprika.

I like it, some others might not.
