warnie100 Posted July 22, 2010 Share Posted July 22, 2010 Can any one help me as to whether its worth while to respray my 4.5 glass boat it is in good sea worthy condition but is looking a bit tired scrapes and gouges ect. austral Posted July 22, 2010 Share Posted July 22, 2010 do you have any friends in the panel beater/spray painter trade?? if not find one.haha a friend of ours has a small rust/panel shop and he did dads 5m haines hunter. mates rates was about $300 but we did most of the prep work ourselves. so maybe take some pictures around to a few panel shops and try your luck but id say probebly look for a smaller sized shop as the bigger ones usually are not interested. good luck..
