Does anyone have tips on a spots. Am considering a charter out of Ballina has anyone done one from there. Any help would be appreciated. andrew399 Posted September 28, 2010 Share Posted September 28, 2010 Lennox beach fishes ok, ask the tackle shop guys in Ballina and they will give you the heads up on whats biting where. As for your new SP rod, i would be making use of it in the estuaries at Ballina, some good flatties and bream, lots of structure around, focus on the mud flats and mangrove areas. There is a bloke that runsva charter on the river which i have always wanted to do but never got around to it. Just ask a tackle shop they will know the details. Alternatively the offshore charters are pretty good, especially if you can coincide yourtrip with when the mackeral are running! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
