sadamson Posted October 18, 2010 Share Posted October 18, 2010 Its been a couple of months since i have fished my local water ways.I got a call from Swordy, lets go fishing we are now on the same shift cycle at or work places.Which is great as we can fish mid week away from the weekend crowds.We meet up with Jorgie and a reletive of his wife, Mr Kim visiting from Korea.Mr Kim is an elderly gentleman with very little english.But what he lacked in english he sure made up with his fishing skills after a slow start for him he got into the swing and was pulling the E P s one after the other.We fished the George river first trying for a Jewie with no luck, then we headed to the EP holes My first two cast hooked up and Stewy was into them as well.We moved about and caught EPs at each stop.They were caught on blades and Soft Plastics.Thanks for a great day on the water and Jorgie and mr Kim it was a pleasure meeting you both. Note to Jorgy when coming along side "PLEASE TAKE YOUR MOTOR OUT OF GEAR" RAMMING SPEED We had a heap of laughs when a few casts stuffed up or we hooked a snag and no one left without a smile thats for sure. snag Posted October 19, 2010 Share Posted October 19, 2010 First a big thanks to stewy and stephen for a good day out fishing and making Mr Kim really feel welcomed and part of the boys, he's kicking on to 76 but you wouldnt think so. As stephen said before we went out going for jews and this time round the jews won but stewy said lets make a move to a few EP hole and i couldnt wait havent caught EP's in over 8yrs and wasnt i happy after i boated my first . At one stage we had double hook ups and we thought a tripple hook up but mr stick fish didnt count.Again guys thanks very much i and mr kim had a great day out and stewy dont know what you mean about boat in gear think it was your bad driving...lol Here are a few pic's sorry guys didnt get to many good shots and stewy would turn around.
