Different Knife Jigs

Well dad comes home the other day with some more fishing tackle

He got some of these knife jig/rubber squid lure things... lol. For a ridiculosly cheap price.

Just wondering how you would use them (e.g. slow/fast retrieve, pauses and what not)and what I could target on them.

I thought i saw something similar on a fishing show recently where they fished them off the bottom. They used a slow retrieve in the bottom 15m and said that they would pick up a variety but got a couple of snapper on them.

i think either a fast or slow retrieve would work fine

could even just leave it in the rod holder

i would be changing those hooks tho they look crap
