Stacer560
Hey guys anyone been fishing around quarantine station / old mans hat the last few days? What are the water temps there at the moment? Also, down near clontarf / castle rock / middle harbour? I am thinking of taking the boat out first time this season after working on the house and finally finishing my choirs, i wanted to see if it is ideal for a fish then afternoon picnic / swim, but dont want to freeze my nuts
wise one
20 degrees (depending upon state of tide / current etc.) The close offshore water is 19-20 degrees so on high tide this is what you should get too. If you get a nice sheltered, shallow bay with little current the sun will probably warm the top couple of metres of water to 21-22 degrees.
