Just heard a whisper that yes shimano has lost rapala to freetime. Reason i`m told - unknown. Anyone able to shed some light on this?

Do you actually sell many rapalas besides the magnum range? You hardly ever hear or read about people reccomending stuff like shad raps, fat raps, husky jerks etc... all great lures.

Honestly NO. Tiny cd`s for trout and bream but thats it! There good, but not too many here in oz, are as keen on rapala .

I'm pretty sure Blue Fox comes under the Rapala VMC branding... could be wrong though..

I've been keeping tabs on this one for a while :biggrin2:

Rapala bought out Freetime. Squidgy is still Shimano brand.

its true, rapala did buy out freetime... Shimano will lose rapala braid, rapala accesories, rapala lures, bluefox and williamson...

everything squidgy (except braid) will remain unchanged
