Yarraone Posted January 2, 2011 Share Posted January 2, 2011 As some of you might know I had a dreadfull trip last time I went down to the salt..It was one thng after another , even though i did all the checks before i left.. So , when I got back home safe I decided to start from scratch so to speak.. I tore everything out including all the wiring from back to front and trailer lights as well.. First i had to find the electrical fault.. It was the solidnoid on the starter.. So I managed to find 2 brand new on online shop for a steal..So now I have a spare that comes with me.. Then I started on the inside wiring..With that all tidy and working with a few extras like battery gauges, on board lighta and new LED Nav lights, I started on the trailer.. 1. Trailer lights re-positioned so as not to submerge.. 2. Guide rollers so as to guide the boat on trailer. 3. New winch- 2 speed with strap and not cable 4. new dash and switches, re mount 27mhz radio 5. Carpet, re locate bildge pump 6. New gunal pockets and carpet 7. re locate swivel chairs 8. Lol i just got a new boat a few weeks ago and mine was looking like Yarra's leaf collection in no time..
