Big rigs for Big fish

When using mullet strips and live mullet for jewies, what rigs work best?? For a sandy area that i will be fishing in i am thinking a 1m 30lb leader, size 4 ball sinker and size 6/0 suicide hooks. is this ok or can anyone else suggest anything else. pics would be fantastic:))
